Koh Young Technology Relocates R&D Center to Suwon


Seoul, South Korea, May 1, 2018 - Koh Young Technology, the leading 3D measurement inspection solutions provider, moved to a new research and development center in the city of Suwon to expand its business scope beyond SMT. The brand new R&D center is built on an area of 25,826 square-foot facility and will help extend Koh Young’s leadership in SMT industry and to create innovative products and solutions for Smart Factory realization.

Koh Young’s brand new R&D center is designed to improve collaboration and innovation. The facility features abundant meeting and collaborative work areas, state-of-the-art research labs - which are not limited to improving vision algorithms and 3D image processing technology of inspection systems, but harnessing advanced data analytics and computational power with its own AI platform. The offices provide inspiring views and employees will have access to various building amenities including a rooftop garden, on-site gym, cafe, and casual work areas to spark creativity.
